Do You Use Essential Oils For Relief From Pain, Stress, Or Lack Of Sleep?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Running Springs, CA

I have recently learned about the use of essential oils for the relief of pain, stress, lack of sleep, well-being, and many more. I was wondering if others used oils, which ones, and how did they use them for relief?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member

I use peppermint and/or spearmint oil as needed for breakthrough hip pain between med doses. I used to use lavender to help me sleep, but it makes my arms jerk uncontrollably (restless limb syndrome).

Intrathecal Implants

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Green Valley/Sahuarita, AZ

The doctor can program them to deliver a certain amount of medication but there is no way of knowing what the patient actually receives. Also there is no reading of the strength of the battery. My old pump was delivering much lower than what it was programmed to deliver because the battery was getting old. So when I got the new pump… read more
