Do You Use Essential Oils For Relief From Pain, Stress, Or Lack Of Sleep?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Running Springs, CA

I have recently learned about the use of essential oils for the relief of pain, stress, lack of sleep, well-being, and many more. I was wondering if others used oils, which ones, and how did they use them for relief?

Yup I to highly recommend Epsom salt with spiriment and eucalyptus in it in a warm to hot bath anyday u have any amount of pain or discomfort ,,tightness.soreness. Epsom salt works as it relaxes ur muscles and eases tensions built up in ur body...It's not as harsh on ur skin as u would think either..my skin is soft and really smoothe. I still need my cocoa butter afterwards.

Lavender oil, Epsom salt and baking soda bath soothes the muscle and helps you relax and peppermint oil helps

I use peppermint and/or spearmint oil as needed for breakthrough hip pain between med doses. I used to use lavender to help me sleep, but it makes my arms jerk uncontrollably (restless limb syndrome).
