I don't handle heat well at all. If it's 85 & over, with high humidity, I try not to leave the house. If I am outside I wear a cloth headband to hold the sweat. I also have a cold cloth I wrap around my neck. Wearing sun screen and bug spray is a pain in the neck. I could handle colder weather better, but if it snows I am inside as well. I am petrified that I will slip and fall.

I Have a WONDERFUL Rice Filled Bag That I Can Heat 🔥or 🥶 Freeze. Unfortunately during the Summer a heating pad is necessary on Lower Back after I Broke the Second Time. But Trading off 15min heats 15min Cold With My Rice Cold Pak Seems to Help Immensely. And Diclofenac Rub since I Can No Longer Take Ibuprofen. I adjust for Whatever I have to to Get Relief However I Need To. Making a Rice Pak is Easy. You can pick up those Small pieces of material from Walmart. Cut it to whatever size you want. Sew 3 sides together. Turn it Right Side Out. Fill with LONG Cooking Rice. Stitch up the open End. Your Set. Heat up in microwave or Chill in Freezer. They can be made to be Long so they wrap around. Big square . HOWEVER YOU CHOOSE!!! That's My Quick Fix for Summer Pain. Have a Good Rest of Summer 🌞⛱️
