I am so so physically and emotionally exhausted from my pain.
When I go to physical therapy, they first put me on a tens unit with a heating pad over it.
Good lord does it ever feel good!!!
It eases my pain tremendously.

I am super curious to know if the ones you can buy at stores, actually give you relief?
I can't afford to waste my money, but if it works I will save every penny.

I am looking for a Dr that has his own practice that doesn't have to go by a firms rules that is the problem I have now the firm decided to not give out opiates so my Dr has cut me off of them
I am looking for a Dr that is not afraid to give you pain meds does anyone in Tulsa Oklahoma know of any good Dr that are accepting new patients I would appreciate your input thanks ahead of time

I think i have not enough medicine but i am douphing to ask for more because i am afraid i have to use more and more each year to come .

Ive tried too look into vitamins for depression and energy, and i cant afford counselling, i do regular excersise and am starting to pick my own diet and eat healthier foods, has anyone got any more advice on how to cope while change in moods for comming off my depression pills

Do they allow you to bring a friend? My parents stress me the hell out and my friend is great at calming me down. How much does it hurt? How long does it take?

Ive avoided going to the hospital when my pelvic pains flair up, because i know theres nothong they can do for me. Ive taken panadol, ibuprofen, and my prescribed codeine, none of it helps and i usually end up vomiting because of how painful it can get, its imobilising. I know the hospital cant give me anything or help in any way, i usually just get a few tests and am told to go home. And just wait for my ultrasound in 2 weeks from now. Help?

What do you all do with Halloween. As people with chronic pain and/or disabled, do you sit out on the porch and give candy, turn your lights out, or do you live in an area that isn't frequented by trick or treaters? We've moved to an area that has alot of them. Before, we lived in an area just outside the city not conducive to walking door to door.

How can a Doctor let people suffer in pain,? The government threaten them? I will not suffer and will get what I need from the street. I have legit pain and do not abuse and will not be mistreated by any Doctor.

Has anyone had ANY TYPE of NEGATIVE relationship rather its with a spouse , friendl, Co- worker or even FAMILY member effect their PHYSICAL pain ?
