Halloween
What do you all do with Halloween. As people with chronic pain and/or disabled, do you sit out on the porch and give candy, turn your lights out, or do you live in an area that isn't frequented by trick or treaters? We've moved to an area that has alot of them. Before, we lived in an area just outside the city not conducive to walking door to door.
O know Halloween is over...but Happy Halloween to you and Caneman.
Im still a teen myself but dont go out anymore. Horror movies with a few friends and take turns handing out candy so theres lots of breaks. Or you could always put a bowl out. I live in Canada and Halloween is a huge deal here (despite the snow that comes half the time) but its not frowned on for skipping a year. Take care of yourself is top priority, kids can go without one extra chocolate bar : )
We live at the end of a long private driveway...about 1/4 mile long. The only trick or treaters we get is maybe a deer or a fox that wanders onto our property. 🦊🦌
We usually put together little goodie bags and deliver them to our younger grandkids.
And then we treat ourselves to a bit of Halloween treats! 👻
Happy Halloween Everyone! 🎃
It's usually cold here on Halloween and in the past I have frozen sitting on the porch handing out candy. However we don't get a lot kids/adults. The psst couple of years I was working nights, so I couldn't. This year, after paying my bills and buying insulin, I have less than 12 dollars in my checking account, so I'll not be handing out anything.
Halloween Night has been moved to the 30th in our County. The forecast for Wed calls for severe thunder-storms. Have never seen this happen before. I remember Trick N Treating in rain. It wreaked havoc with our cardboard masks👻😱🎃
How's Errbody Else Doing This Day...HAPPY HALLOWEEN
