CBD OIL ! WE ALL NEED A GREAT MULTIPLE VITAMIN AND too little Vit.B is linked to depression and other Psy problems. The brain is over 70% fat, so there are more problems from people on fat free diets.. We all need fats, but the right fats. Coconut is one of the best, so is Avocados, butters. If we don't have enough fat, we'll crave sugar and that starts big problems. A teaspoon of coconut oil a day makes humans burn fat, instead of craving sugar. We will lose weight, feel better and have lots of energy. This is not the fats that cause cholesterol problem. Those fats are margarine, soybean, canola etc
Allot of information about bad fats.

I was recommended a B100 Complex vitamin by a psychiatrist and a vitamin D also I find light therapy helps. You can get a 10000 lux light from Costco for $50. I found its worth it. Hope these help

Kratom would help you with all of that. Its an herb. They have different strains for different things.

May I ask why you have to come off a medication for Depression? Whatever the reason, it must be slowly reduced like Patricia_Pineiro said. Your Dr must tell you how to taper off.

I wish you the best of luck!

I binged on the Benzos when I had them because my brain injury has left me with a strange reaction to meds that once worked for me.downs sped me up and ups slowed me down. It was like my body would react the complete opposite to what it was supposed to do. I would forget that I took my ativan or xanax and would take it again and then I would build strange furniture sculptures in my yard and find them the next morning, like a crop circle? No memory of doing it,whatsoever? Scary,I stopped the Benzos over a year ago because ,that was insane. Now I use 10 mg. of Melatonin every nite at 8:30pm and I sleep great. True!! So weather the withdrawal and find rest, real rest at the end. It works. Good Luck Josh
