I react badly to other antidepressant....they have the opposite effect on and make me want to commit suicide.

I have been on pain medication for many years as well as muscle relaxer and anxiety medication. I also take Latuda for my bipolar depression. The only thing that was taken away was the pain medication just because they think everyone is abusing it .I live in Texas where medical Marijuana is not legal. Because I don't have my pain meds I'm forced to smoke the Marijuana just for a little relief. What am suppose to do just suffer. Its just not right.

I have not been able to fill out all my details yet because it is difficult to sit down plus my right hand has been in a cast. I have severe osteo and fibro and have had accidents. The worst damage is from the physical, mental, sexual abuse I suffered for a long time. Anyway, I was put on Fentanyl 12.4.14, and have been on it ever since. I have had an MRI on my neck as I have had so much pain over the last year, this has shown mild scoliosis, problems with C4/5, C5/6 and C6/7. these are ranging from mild to moderate disc bar narrowing plus a few more bits and bobs that I am not sure about. Does anyone have experience with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) or Low Dose Dextromethorphan for Fibromyalgia?

I recently came across a book on my shelf, from 2016, on LDN. I cannot remember reading it but probably did if it is on the shelf. I would have brought it up with my PCP back then and he probably dismissed it.

I have also seen several YouTube videos on the topic but not very recent.

Hi there. Just curious, but what are some good ways to relieve nocturnal foot and leg cramps? I usually use a homeopathic remedy (Hyland's leg cramp tablets) and sometimes Biofreeze gel, but they sometimes don't work. I think the cramps may be related to me having diabetic neuropathy.
