Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Or Low Dose Dextromethorphan For Fibromyalgia
Does anyone have experience with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) or Low Dose Dextromethorphan for Fibromyalgia?
I recently came across a book on my shelf, from 2016, on LDN. I cannot remember reading it but probably did if it is on the shelf. I would have brought it up with my PCP back then and he probably dismissed it.
I have also seen several YouTube videos on the topic but not very recent.

After editing a book about low dose Naltrexone, I decided to speak with my physician about LDN as nothing else was helping with chronic back, hip, and knee pain. She agreed to let me try it and ordered the lowest dose which I cut into quarters.
I've been taking it for several months now with good results. It has improved my sleep and eradicated hip pain, but unfortunately, it hasn't helped with the severe lower backpain. I will continue to take it.
One of my friends that use to be on here used that and found relief. She had Fibro and RSD.
Has Anyone Tried LDN For Fibro? I Tried It Briefly Last Year But Gave Up On It Too Early. I Am Going To Give It Another Try.
Is Anyone Else Here On LDN?
