How Can I Get Any Relief From My Pain When They Stop Giving Me Pain Medication Just Because Some Choose To Abuse It.

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Snyder Tx 79549

I have been on pain medication for many years as well as muscle relaxer and anxiety medication. I also take Latuda for my bipolar depression. The only thing that was taken away was the pain medication just because they think everyone is abusing it .I live in Texas where medical Marijuana is not legal. Because I don't have my pain meds I'm forced to smoke the Marijuana just for a little relief. What am suppose to do just suffer. Its just not right.

I know exactly what you're talkin about I had the same problem with a pain management doctor but now my primary doctor prescribes me Tylenol number 4 and it helps a little plus I take Tizanidine 4 milligrams it's a strong muscle relaxer and sometimes it puts me to sleep but it works well. I live in Texas also in San Antonio.
