Nocturnal Leg And Feet Cramps Question

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi there. Just curious, but what are some good ways to relieve nocturnal foot and leg cramps? I usually use a homeopathic remedy (Hyland's leg cramp tablets) and sometimes Biofreeze gel, but they sometimes don't work. I think the cramps may be related to me having diabetic neuropathy.

My husband takes gabapentin for his leg cramps. Mine have been relieved by adding a magnesium supplement to my diet. I did some research and most people are magnesium deficient. I would give that a try first.
