I I use Imitrex and also am on Wellbuterine. Sp. It acts as a stimulant and shows up on a Drug Screen as a Amphetamine, so pain doc needs.to know you are on it. Both of these work well with me.

Did anyone else taking Venlafaxine become aggressive?
Within 5 days of starting the medication for panic disorder, anxiety and agoraphobia I was shouting at every one. I had no patience (even waiting for a page to load on the computer got me all wound up).
I wanted to fight the world from behind my curtains!

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
St. Peters, MO

I take that back - I believe it should be thrown out due to the harm it has brought to the lives of so many people. If you are one of the few lucky ones that have had luck with it - that is wonderful! I still like to caution as many people as possible before they… read more

Does Anyone Else Suffer Weight Issues Due To Medication?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Brisbane, AU

Hi, I have been on Lyrica for about 6 months and have put on about 12 kgs. The problem is it is mostly around my middle section and added to the chronic pain it is getting me down. Has anyone else experienced weight gain while on Lyrica and how do you combat it. Really need to be able to lose some of this weight as the extra kgs are making my back pain worse.
