What Are Some Things To Do When Restless, But Still Tired From Chronic Fatigue?
I've been getting my depression treated more effectively recently, and as it's gotten better I've been getting very restless and feeling the urge to just do something, but everything I've done so far has left me exhausted. I'm hoping to find some things to do that still give that feeling of getting something done, without being utterly exhausted afterwards.

Magnesium For Leg Pain
For the past 12 years I have suffered from neuropathy in my legs and have been taking Lyrica for pain.
Recently the pain has worsened so my doctor prescribed Magnesium.
Has anyone else taken Magnesium for pain and has it worked?
I use magnesium for pain. I use a chewable, and it is very effective for muscle cramps. Be careful, too much causes loose stools.... best of luck.

Radiofrequency Ablation
I’m at my wits end. Having tried literally everything there is and I’m now going to enquire with a neurosurgeon about this radio frequency treatment.
Has anyone with peripheral neuropathy tried this?
Would you recommend it?
I've had it done 2 times works pretty good but still have pain just not as intense.

Does Anyone Know Of A Compassionate Doctor Who Isn't As Concerned About Loosing Their Licenses And Will Actually Help$
I was injured bk in 2014 at work. My leg was crushed when the machine I was working on went haywire and snagged my leg and lifted me up and then dropped me about 10ft onto my head and neck.. I've had 4 surgeries on my leg and it is just as bad now as the day it happened. The hospital they took me to was brand new and had very young and inexperienced Drs and surgeons. 2 out of the 3 they had wouldn't even touch me and the 1 that did had no idea what he was doing. So I went to 2 more after. And… read more

How Do You Keep Your House Clean?
Being in constant pain, even with pain pills, I have found it impossible to keep my house clean which drives me absolutely crazy,. I used to have the cleanest house, so clean my sister asked me if I was living in a model home!
I live in Springfield,MO (misery) USA and was wondering if anyone had found any resources. I do not qualify for Medicare, because I own my home.
Any suggestions?
Care should be based on NEED NOT MEANS TESTED!
Considering Pain Management Clinic
I’ve been to neuros, chiros, phys therapy, acupuncturist, massage, I am looking into and considering going to a pain management clinic for chronic neck and shoulder pain. Can anyone tell me if they’ve had helpful or unhelpful experiences with pain management?
I Need To Find Something To Help With The Pain 😣. I Have Many Issues And No Dr Is Giving Me Pain Meds.
Good quality CBS works like Calicbd. Another thing to try is Kratom. Either in tea form or capsule.
