Pain Dr Retired And I Need Help With Coming Off Pain Meds
My pain Dr I had for over 15 years retired last Dec w no notice. He had me on high doses of pain meds. Now the Dr I've been referred to wants to take me off of the pain meds completely. Not tapering me down. I'm already off on one of them n now

Considering This Fusion Of L4-L5, How Has It Been For Those Who Have Had Surgery Within The Say Last 3 Years ? Still Take Any Pain Meds ?
I know peeps that had surgery years ago, and are dealing with scar tissue they say. Which causes their new pain. I understand this new micro surgery with a little cut here one there is supose to be state of the art stuff, but question here... Does the pain really go away ? :-/

Epidurals For Pain Management
I just had my first epidural on the 03rd. My SCS isn't cutting it fully and my surgeon does not see anything surgical @ this time. My questions are how well did they work for you & how long did last? I know it's subjective. But I feel like it really didn't do too much. It seemed helpful, but not worth all the aggravation or length of effectiveness. Thank you.

Radiofrequency Neurotomy
I am on the waitlist for cervical spine Radiofrequency Neurotomy. I had a C4-C5 cervical spine surgery with iliac bone fusion in Sept 2019. It did not resolve the pain, it worsened the pain and further decreased range of motion. I also had a fusion at L4-L5 in 2002, and lumbo-sacral tarlov cysts removed in 2021 (since grew back). Meal Planning Tips/Advice?
Does anyone have any tips or advice to share about making meal planning more manageable? I have Interstitial Cystitis and so I am trying to eat fresher, more home-made meals, but it all feels so very overwhelming and draining to me.
Sheet pan meals. Chopped veggies and meat on tinfoil lined pan. Add oil, herbs and spices. In oven at 400 for 1 hour. (or sooner)

Has anyone had a nurostemulator implanted? Does it help at all? Does it help with muscle pain or muscle spasms? Any information
