Great news. I found a therapist that specializes in chronic pain. She too has CP which makes a world of difference to me. Here's my 2 cents, i think everybody can benefit from talking to someone. I'm in the process of setting goals for myself. I'm working on changing my negative thought distortions into positive affirmations. Why not? Take care and be well

Oh My, I never thought of this!! It's so hard working with pain, 24/7. I'd Love to talk with a Therapist. I'm old, but I'd still Love the help. Possibly, talking, makes you feel better?!?
