That started to happen to me almost 6 years ago. When the pain would return, after a couple of pain free days, I would tell myself that I was pain free and it can happen again. And it did.

Unstable Fracture

I saw a spinal consultant last week, and was told there is nothing they can do. He also insinuated that after 40 plus years of living with spinal conditions/pain, that a lot of the pain I “imagine”,I am in, is in my head!!!
