I had to stop taking after a number of years use as now have chronic gastritis, possibly cause was not always good at following the instructions on how to take them!!

I have a thickening of my Ackilies tendon. After several things were tried in my right foot I had three "craving" down operations they have up as there was too much scare tissue to do more
Now the left leg has begin to do the same thing. This ;pain block".is the first thing they have tried. Can it be used to treat pain from chronic diseases? I have multiple sclerosis. My doctors suggested aleve until my liver started not doing well. Would this med be recommended for migraines or pain from muscle spasms?

This is an NSAID. It is very effective for pain control. However, it is not recommended for long term use. Its sister drug, Mobic, is what is recommended long term.
