Alone Or Not? Potential Lockdown
I barely fully recovered from the flu after about two weeks. Of course I got secondary infections because that's how it goes, right? Now, with the possibility of a national lockdown, I am torn between being alone and hoping I don't need help and flares don't happen, or going to my new boyfriend's home just in case.
Thoughts?

Herniated Disk In Neck
I supposedly have a herniated disk in my neck, not sure where, and it is pinching the nerve running down my left arm and hand. The pain is horrendous not only in the neck, but in the shoulder and arm. I can't sit, or lie down to sleep because either side bothers the nerve. Has anyone had surgery to correct this issue? The orthopedic surgeon I saw said no as I could likely become paralyzed. This has been going on for 3 years and I need an answer.

Need Advise
All of you out there have these diagnosis which are really diagnosis of Symptoms not causes. I am working hard to determine Causes and possibly cures. I am hesitantly hopeful Stanford University Med Center will come up with some of those Causes as our Symptoms are usually the same for most although the CAUSES so l varied. I am txting this morning about Symptoms. I cannot lay down for more than 45 minutes to an hour now without awakening in severe pain. My muscles are so tight I’m told by my… read more
