SCS are junk and a way for doctors to not prescribe full agonist opioids for chronic pain.

It was offered to me, and my pain doctor said not to get it. If my own doctor said it isn't a good idea, I must say no.

Mine was about 3 weeks after the consult. I've had a SCS since 2010. Had my 3rd implanted little over a year ago. Come to find out that 8 of my 16 leads are not working. Now have to get it removed and wait to heal then maybe put in , yet another new one.
Be careful who you use! They over promise and under achieve. Good luck...
