We all have to face our limitations bravely, being kind to ourselves while doing it...its ok to do what you can, and its ok to not do if you cant.. Accept your limitations.. Happy Birthday!!

I agree we all have to know our limitations, and set boundaries. Teach ourselves to say no, and take care of ourselves.

I find we all overdo when we have "good" days. The thing is, pain is a good teacher. After so many times, I learned to pick my battles. I know it's going to hurt so I figure how important is it to me to do it all right now. If it's very then I do it knowing I will suffer a few days. It sounds easy but after months or yrs. you finally get it.
