I asked this very question this morning when chatting to a friend. She swears by a combination of things none of which cure the problem. Hot showers, massage, heat. Are her go too. I find hot showers also very good. Cold therapy also. My tens machine is my best friend. There are a couple of research projects in The US so hopefully there will be something in the future

Mine is so old now I think I bought it from Boots but I know Lloyds chemist have them. These days I’d probably take a look on the online shopping Amaz. Mine has 4 pads.

I imagine there are lots out there.. Thank you, all this is supporting :-) When I build the trust and possibility to leave my house again and drive, I would love to start outdoor swimming, imagining that may help too..
