App For Blue Light Filter That Works Across All Apps On Computer
I went to the App Store to get a blue lite filter for my iPad, and couldn’t find one that would work inside othe applications, like MCPT. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your input.
@A MyChronicPainTeam Member I did that with my daughters and their friends. If they found themselves in any situation in which they were "over their heads" they called and I picked them up, no questions asked until the next day. Friends were required to call their parents and let them know where they were. Of course now my daughters are 46 and 43. Both are married and live hours from me. I will still pick up the phone and listen to their troubles, but lately I have been lovingly weaning them from venting to me in the middle of the night. They are doing fairly well with it. I've had to talk both of them through the first time each of my grandsons didn't come home by family curfew time (now where did I gain experience with that issue?) but now they are handling these situations on their own. Constantly crying poverty has caused me to say rather bluntly that this old cash cow has run dry, so I rarely get those calls any more. Once in awhile one calls at an outrageous hour and I have to gently let them know that I'm trying to sleep and have an early call the next day--if you can count a dog who MUST go out an early call. I applaud your position on picking your boys up when they shouldn't be driving. I hope they pay it forward when they become parents of teens and young adults.
@A MyChronicPainTeam Member,
Turn off the phone and let peaceful sleep come to you!
Blessings

I haven't had a working iPad for quite some time. Everything I do now is Android and it comes with it's own blue light filter. My newest phone is version 9 and works on everything. Maybe you just need to turn on the feature in the systems settings. I figured it's worth a shot. Figure they are competing, they likely have it there somehow or somewhere.
Going to sleep (I hope). Beowulf's fatal blow to my lumbar/tailbone Thursday, near bedtime, has stopped throbbing or swelling now. Should sleep fine, just as soon as my body let's me. 😊😔😴😴

Not always when one of my boys phones me in the wee hours of the night/morning , it's because they drank to much to drive , I have np picking them up and have preached that to them and they've called when need be , better them than a police officer. Take care
I take no screened devices in the bedroom and still get problematic sleep. But that's pain related not screen related. lol
