How To Get To My Teams Posts So I Can Be Supportive To Them?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

i know how to get to my notifications and say hi. but i want to be there for my team too and i notice that i missed a post of my team members and wanted to get back to it and later respond but now completely lost. i can't find it in my notifications. when i am able ,i want to be there for my team too. but it could be a little easier technically on this site besides just saying "hi". just a suggestion from a newer member.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member yes, a quick tip i use is to have a small booklet only where i know where it is that has my passwords. and don't keep it anywhere near your pc, laptop, or whatever you use but where you know where to find it. b4 that i lost way too many passwords and forgot my answers to the hints they ask. that is just a back up plan. hope your day and night go well and your pain is better. hugs

I click on my photo and then there are choices in blue across the page and one of them is my team and then I find the person on my team and then I find the conversation.

I found a small spiral booklet that is designed to keep passwords. I just have to remember to change and update my passwords in the book when I have to change them. There are also several apps for iPhones that you can keep your passwords in and protected. Very helpful for me. But definitely do not keep the book anywhere near something that has a password such as phone, computer, etc. I use it as my back up brain! Works great.

I am just as lost with you. I go to My email I signed up with and go from there. I use to always forget my password also a lot that's why I haven't been here for a long time. I got smart when chrome ask do I want my I.D. and password save I hit the save icon.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member i've been ok. same with the sciatic pain and the spine pain. Had some animal drama enough for awhile, but everything seems to be ok. Doing a pain journal for next doctors' appointment and going to ask if there are some non-opiate medicines that i haven't tried that might help reduce the pain level some. I want and need to be able to move more and cannot without agonizing pain from sciatic nerve pain. I can take muscle soreness, at one time b4 my spine was so wonky, i did strength training and was sore as heck. I do push myself but how far should i go and for how long is a problem too. sometimes, i have to sit on floor and sweep my floors with a broom, not happening now. i do that now with a vacuum cleaner hose once a week as the broom works only so well. i have true wood floors but they are old so have some slight cracks (not horrid) . How have you been doing too? well hope you have a good day, hugs
