Does anyone experience organ swelling? It feels similar to a tiny foot between the ribs. Why does this occur?

True. I have to cut corners elsewhere to make it happen on the food side. I do use common sense at times to get the same natural products I could buy. Like using straight coconut oil to moisturize instead of a product with it or I use a bit of apple cider vinegar in my shampoo to keep my hair from thinning and healthy scalp instead of apple cider shampoo product or chemicals added scalp shampoo etc. Theres a few less expensive organic shampoos and soaps and the vinegar removes residues and pumps up the shampoo. There's lots. I mean you know everybody has thought of ways to make their own stuff to keep from paying a rediculous price for something. . You just look at everything that way organic wise. Somethings you can't come up with an alternative like water. Water is so toxic these days nearly all of it is just below the epa rules but still toxic to an extent which adds up and a lot plastic chemicals and glass is expensive. You can't even cook out some of the stuff in tap water. Its bad. The only way I could come up with to get truly clean plastic and other chemical free, toxic free water was buck up and i invest about $500 dollars to do it but it has no cost for about 5 yrs or more and then its a 150 filter but it pays for itself eventually. Its bn 2yrs since I got the filtered water urn so maybe I can get the shower heads soon. Lol. I look up ideas too. With food the only way I can think of to get organic and save is a garden and I have yet too get one going and that won't cover everything anyway I just want a garden. I just think its the only way to get to healthy and then I can just make more money. Lol. Anyway sorry so long.

Iā€™m gonna say that it simply pulls on the connective tissue. Ligaments attach under the ribs.

Wow yes, In 2017 or maybe before, I was having a lot of stomach issues, didn't know if I would make it to the bathroom in time it got so bad, I had to keep a commoade chair by my bed when it got so bad, I would have it coming out of both ends, I was in and out of the hopsiptal, They said my bile duct was enlarged, they said it was due to the pain medication I had been taking. That was when I tried to start coming off the pain medications, I ended up in the hospital in Aug. after my husband died. My liver test went sky high, my Dr. told me not to even go to the local Dr. So I had to go to Macon Ga. to one of the bigger hopsitals, They admitted me, That was also during the time I was breaking out so bad. They said I had bed bugs, I didn't have bed bugs, they treated me for them. They treated me like trash, they didn't try to find out what the issue was. My liver test were sky high, my bile duct was enlarged. It was mostly casued from that, they told my family the whole family would have to be treated for bed bugs, my step daughter told them what she thought, she said she doesn't have bed bugs, and no one else is broke out in our house, I had just brought a new mattress and gave my mother in law my old mattress. So if I had bed bugs, she would have had them, we had our house sprayed every month. I had been under a lot of stress with my husband and losing him. I went to the skin Dr. when I got out of the hospital, which confirmed I didn't have bed bugs. I have never been so upset as I was in the hospsital. They put me in isolation, set my food out side of my door instead of bringing it inside I was sick, hurting, I had to be in the hospital a week, they went in and cleaned my bile duct out. After I moved, I went to another skin Dr. who also did test, and no bed bugs, they said they thought it was ezyema and from my nerves, and from my liver test being so high, I went to another stomach Dr. He told me my body was saying my gall bladder was still there. Which it isn't. He gave me medication to stop it. Well things turned around. I have IBS really bad, so now instead of running to the bathroom, I having to take something to go, It seems like it is always something, I know when I am stress I itch more it took a long time to get my skin to clear up, it not completely clear, but it don't look like I had measles. The itching gets really bad at times.

I've come to the conclusion that isn't a healthy diet or think things would feel better not worse. Meat leaves an acidic ash behind and proteins are what cause the kidneys to stop filtering and getting the cell waste out. Most of us here have reduced to no kidney filtration that have high inflammation which is most likely everyone. The cells take in what we feed them and simple sugars is the best cell food, anyway the cells excrete waste from what the blood brings them and your lymph nodes in that area usually pick up that waste and carry to the lymph system to the kidneys some waste is sweat out so if kidneys filter have clogged most everything gets backed up and waste trapped inside causes an acidic environment and inflammation..Herbs and things can help unclog the kidneys filters. Have you ever seen tonsil stones that's protein build up and that stuff gets in the kidneys filters. But also the chemicals in our food supply and everywhere are getting people toxic faster. Even if kidneys work they can't pump it out fast enough to keep up but if they don't filter at all, the best you can do is slow down the disease process a little . I had stage 2 renal disease and had no clue and liver was also directly affected. I got my kidneys going to the point they filter at a rate of 135 and 90 is excellent. I'm starting to feel better eating organic and using natural stuff and getting at least 10 yrs of toxic waste out. Inflammation was so high and its in normal ranges. I'm at 80% pain relief thus far. I learned all this from Dr Morse a naturepath on you tube if you want to check out some of his videos. He can tell you how to check for kidney filtration and a lot more. Meds are just poison so you doing great there not adding a lot to it. Im down to very little and not suffering anymore. Almost there. Sorry so long. Lol.
