Yes I’m I use a regular bath tub and just drain and refill it about 3 times. For me very effective for joint and muscle pain. I use it as a last resort but sometimes daily

I have a hot tub and it really does help me. I usually have to make myself go in it, but when I do it really helps.
Hope you feel better🙏🤗💕

A infared sauna is good for inflammation. There is nothing better then that.

Being Native American, we do sweat lodges, other than the problem of sitting on the ground...the moist heat is awesome and takes the excess toxins out of the body. Haven’t had but one hot tub experience and I loved it!

How about going to the YMCA or a gym and trying one before buying one?
Just a thought...

Blessings
