I Have Stenosis In Neck And Lower Back And A Vertabra In Mid Back That Goes Out. I Need A New Mattress, Any Suggestions?
As already stated, in addition I have fibromyalgia and Sjogrens, pain in hips.
I have a ton of back problems (OA, 8 herniations, Scheuermanns disease, prior Cervical fusion and adjacent segment disease), Fibromyalgia and Sjogrens as well. I purchased a Tempur-pedic. They range in price, some get pretty spendy, I think I paid around $2k for mine but when you figure how much time you spend in bed, it's worth it. They have everything from soft to super firm...I think the more firm ones are better for support, but that's just my opinion. 😊
Best of luck mattress shopping!

Firm mattress.
I have a lot of back problems, mainly low back, I thought a memory foam would be benificial but don't really notice a difference, as long as its firm you should find some comfort.
Me too. I try to make the best of it. Use lots of pillows.
I have thought about sleep number but they're way out of my budget, live on SS.
I Am Trying To Find A Good Mattress That Is Comfortable And Might Help My Pain. Any Suggestions?
