I Am Trying To Find A Good Mattress That Is Comfortable And Might Help My Pain. Any Suggestions?
I have cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerves) in my neck.
I have never bought items due to commercials, but I did buy a "My Pillow" by that Mike Lydell guy for $50. It came with a 10 year money back guarantee. I LOVE my pillow and it certainly has held its shape as advertised. I've had it now for about 7 years and have no complaints. My upper body issue is my shoulders and clavicle so I need a supportive pillow.
As far as my bed: I have a $5000 California-split king size adjustable bed with, I believe, a Serta posturpedic mattress. However, that sleeps warm and makes me sweat, so I bought a $250 "Slumber Cloud" NASA engineered mattress cover that sleeps cool. Apart from chronic insomnia preventing me from falling asleep before 1A, for the most part, I now sleep quite comfortably.
Happy shopping! It is a large investment, but sleep is so vitally important when dealing with physical challenges.
get a buckwheat pillow I use them the Difference.. Do not Use those Shaped Pillows.
Very good question. I am having very similiar issues and so am wondering the same thing? What is a good mattress and or neck support pillows that might help? Good question, I wish I too had the answer.
