Has Anyone Else Used The Painscale App? If So Was It Helpful?
I've been using and seems very insightful.
Heather S it's awful. I completely understand the problem with overdose in the world. However, I feel if your Dr is monitoring you and hey, drug testing to ensure we take our prescribed medication, it should not be an issue for us going through very real, debilitating pain. It is Awful to have to suffer do to others misuse of opiates. I don't want them! I need pain management not a high! But I know the dea is coming down on Drs. I live in Connecticut and I will be talking about pain management. I was in it before surgical fusion and my pain is everywhere now. After trying everything over the counter for years. It's time to manage it so I can have my life back. Hugs to you and constant prayers for all who are enduring life...or what our lives have become, due to pain.
Yes I do as well. I have. It, however, shared info with doctor as my PCP doesn't seem to care at all, about my pain.
The name of the app is "Painscale" I downloaded it and log in it like it says. It gives insight over time showing when your pain and activity levels are changing. I really like it and find it useful. It also gives you articles you may enjoy
Hi @A MyChronicPainTeam Member, I would really like to try this app, can you give me the name? Here is hoping you and all have pain free days. Hugs Sherry
