i love salts in my bath! or just regular bath bombs and bubbles as a distraction β™ͺ i'll remember this list during my next flare xoxo some advice i'd give is audio books or music if you're struggling with brain fog!

The best thing I ever found for the ache all over my body was a nice, hot bath. It was a lifesaver for me.
