Has Anyone Tried Potentiators?

Like many i had my daily dose decreased when CDC came out with their strict prescribing guidelines. I had developed a tolerance & knew better than to ask pain Dr for an increase so started trying OTC like tagamet 45 min before taking my oxicodone & ibuprofen. Wondering if anyone else uses potentiators & any risks longterm or side effects?

RF Ablation Relief Duration

So I have had Ablation two times so far, 4 nerves each time. I have got about 8 months relief, but I always still have pain, they just allow me to walk somewhat normal but only for short distances
My question to those who have had Ablations of 3 or more times :
Does it last longer each time and possibly even permanent relief to a certain point.
