Hi, I have had over 20 surgeries. Moving is hard but my husband does most of it. I'm very grateful for his help. Thx u for making me laugh with the Meme. I love SpongeBob 😍.
I hope that you're feeling better, getting rest, and wishing you find some relief. Aloha 🌺

Thank you for adding me to your team! I've been on here for years and want to become more involved with it. It's hard to focus everyday due to insomnia from my multiple diagnosis's. I started PT for my right hip that I had surgery ( 20 th surgery 🥴 ) in January 2023 today.
Let me know how you are doing ok? I will do my best to reply within a couple of days. We're moving & I'm a lot more physically active than I've been in a year. I'm going to try to sleep again now. Aloha

Thank you! I'm getting notifications that I'm getting sent a hug without a GIF. I'll figure that out when I can focus. Hope that you're having a comfortable day 😊.
