the pain is always worse for me at night I've been told the barometric pressure changing has a lot to do with it like how the weather makes pain worse too, as well as the brain puts out more inflaming hormones when it's close to rest, heat does me wonders too i always sleep with my heated mattress cover and heat blanky. herbs like chamomile and rosemary in my nighttime bowl also help

I sleep on a heated mattress pad, under a heated blanket, with a heating pad under my back. Heat helps me tremendously! I literally sweat all night, but I won’t give up my heat because the minute my body gets cold, my pain gets severe to the point that it’ll wake me up.
I have several issues that leave me in constant pain, 3 of them are Juvenile Arthritis, Severe Fibromyalgia, and Severe Osteoporosis.
