Hi. I'm kinda of concerned with the effects of of osteoporosis is having on my wife's posture
She was officially diagnosed in January,after suffering from chronic pain since mid September last year . Caused by at least 2 fractures of the spine
I filmed her exercising 11 December she was standing OK.But had another fracture on 18th December.
Since then the changes in her posture have become really more visible. Stooped back, lose of height and frail looking
