I have now found out I have impingement in my left shoulder...I work on a computer all day and my lumbar area is really bad so its getting worse. The shoulder pain was migrating into the neck as well and after mri they said it is that. So they treated it with an injection once and it went it away. Mostly therapy and learning how to sit differently.
