People that need pain pills to live are not addicts

Correct, there is a difference between addicts and not addiction. A complete history of addiction and family history with a drug and alcohol addiction counselor or therapist would be advisable for everyone who is a chronic pain patient. Then the proper adjustments and treatment could be applied to their program. I was a drug and alcohol therapist years ago with my profession within the Mental Health field. And that is my opinion on how to monitor and help individuals with chronic pain.

Mom and Pop can be better, but not always. Talk to your doctor about your problems. (you probably have) Try other places, but the notion we are addicted is crazy. Personally, I'm addicted to life!

It is the DEA, federal regulations. The pharmacies are afraid of being shut down if they don’t follow federal regulations on narcotics. I though things were loosening up a bit but maybe not. Did they fill the scripts before and just stopped recently? Did they give you an explanation?
