Does Anyone Have Retroperitoneal Fibrosis? Or Even Heard Of It? 1.4 Cases Per 100,000
I joined an RF support group and had to quit because of how they promoted Western Medicine. The only treatment they know is steroid infusions. I found an alternative therapy and have been making slow progress. I have shrunk my aortic aneurysm from 5.3cc to 3.2cc. with an enzyme therapy and an anti-inflammatory diet.
The RF site is great for research on the subject their archives are beyond compare.

Hey Bob, I got latest test results back last week. Rheumatologist says I'm holding steady and will just continue monitoring . I am having nothing but positive side effects from the enzyme therapy as it eats excess proteins . It has even shrunk a cyst I've had for forty years to almost nothing. It dislodged a cyst in my sinus and I blew it right out my nose! I wish everyone could try it.

Hardly the same James, but there's 160 cases of my autoimmune disease in the 9.5 million in the Chicagoland area. That's diagnosed as of April 2020.
Since Loyola cut it from their research budget after covid, hard to say if any additional cases have been confirmed. It's only been on research radar since 2018. My doctor has gotten reestablished as of January 2021. I don't know if he's had more than those already seeing him as of November 2020. No one left at Loyola actually familiar with it. They offered their MS specialist, but that's like apple's & oranges outside of them both being autoimmune diseases.
I have to say, I'd never heard of Retroperadonial Fibrosis before I heard you had it. Seems rarity is something we have in common.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member. That's great. I had a complete shoulder replacement surgery last year on my left side. Now my right shoulder is in extreme pain. I found a local ortho surgeon that's doing a stage 3 trial on enzyme infusions to disolve the arthritis around the shoulder joint. Having great success. I hope and pray he offers me a spot because I don't think I can do another major surgery.
So glad you got away from those fools. Stick with what's working. May be slow but you'll get there. Happy for you and I wish you good luck. Keep us updated. I'll let you know when i see the dr in 10 days. Stay safe. Glad your recovery is heading in the right direction. Be well.
Bob
