Has CBD Oil Or Gummies Helped Anyone With Severe Pain? Anything Over The Counter Helped?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I keep seeing on the internet and keep hearing about CBD and how it helps relieve pain, or so they say. I would like to know if anyone has gotten relief from them. Also any other over the counter migraine or vitamin that may have helped someone. I really need to find something that works. Thank you.

Members shared mixed experiences with CBD products for chronic pain relief, with responses ranging from no relief at all to meaningful benefits, though many emphasized that quality, dosage (ranging from 200mg to 2000mg), and time to build up in the system (2-3 weeks) were critical factors in effectiveness. Several members found more success with combination CBD/THC products, topical creams with lidocaine or copper, or prescription medications like triptans, Aimovig injections, and Topiramate for migraines, while over-the-counter options like Excedrin and supplements such as Fibro Relief from Amazon provided some relief for others. A recurring theme was frustration with limited medication supplies, insurance restrictions, and the trial-and-error nature of pain management, balanced by hope when members discovered what finally worked for their individual situations.

Hi! CBD did not help me in the least! Even a 50/50 of CBD and THC didn't help. Wish it had of, but no, not for me. Stay well and pain free as possible. - Adena

Yes I take
CBD gel caps and it does give me some relief, takes 40 minutes or so to work. It takes the edge off the pain and helps my body relax. I have spinal stenosis.

Yes, there is a company called Kayala. They have cannibis seed oil for pain. It's a cream and you rub in on the sore area.
Plus they have other products. I have bought a base gel and added lots of THC oil mix and rub on sore places. This works but only a bandaid solution.

The oil is made from seed and hemp. Neither of which has thc. The active ingredient. Tn wont allow the real stuff. So anything you can buy saying miracle cure is bs and a waste of money. Just like all that over the counter stuff I'm sure you've tried just like I have
