Does Anyone Else Feel Hungover After Going Anywhere?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Dallas, TX

I don’t drink. I don’t use drugs. Every time I go out and do anything beyond maybe like, drive to the grocery store to pick up a few things, I come home feeling hungover. Had an amazing time on the town last night eating dinner with my loved ones and walking in the park, came home at like 9:30, went to bed at 10 and today I feel like
I’ve been run over by a dump truck.

I feel good enough to do things one day and wiped the next day. It is the way it goes with my fibro. Sometimes it takes a few days to recoup for me. Just be kind to yourself and try not to plan too much for two days in a row. I hope this helps.

Some times you just must get out and live like you deserve. But, that extra hour or 2 , the walk or physical activity might just cause xtra inflammation and pain t he next day. It's happened to me regularly. And it sucks. Trying to live normal is hard. Fatigue is really strong . Just take it easy ,rest and sleep. If you push too hard you will stress out. Not good. 🌺🌸🌺 take care.

Also with IBS YOUmay have low absorption of vitamins. I was surprised I was so low on vitamin D and you have to have enough calcium to go with it. Hope your doctors brought this to your attention
