@A MyChronicPainTeam Member and @TBGB pretty much covered it. I've been through the evaluation twice. They want to see if you're in your right mind, understand the trial procedure and the risk and rewards of the trial. Took me about 10-15 minutes with the Dr. 30-45 minutes to do the questionnaire. You'll do fine. Ask questions if you have them. Good luck. I hope you get the trial and relief its given me.

I have went through the evaluation twice and both were essentially the same process! The psychiatrist will or should talk with about your feeling on having the procedure, what do expect to gain or not gain, this is your time to get any information your not clear about. I was told that your team wants to make sure you understand what their doing and why their doing this procedure and you understand the risks and benefits! Then you’ll have to do questioner with about 30 to 45 minutes of questions about your personality! Nothing to prepare for as. Good luck, I’m sure you will be fine and accepted as a candidate!
