Does Anyone Else Have A Doc That Uses Physical Therapy As Part Of The Treatment Program To Combat Pain?
Yes. Pool therapy actually
Thanks all for sharing. I know now to get ready to go anywhere takes an hour, for what used to take 5 minutes. I can't drive now too, so have to rely on my wife or learn to Uber. But it always feels good to get out.
My Doc wants me to do PT for back pain. I know it’s helpful - this will be my 2nd time going if/when I can fit it in. I also know that it doesn’t completely do away with the pain! Also going for xrays of back and feet! In Prep for Cortisone injections (which I’ve also done before). At least I have a Doc who is now after many, many years investigating my chronic pain!
I went to PT yesterday again..was there for a long time..I really felt it helped..and I like getting out of the house too..it takes me a while to get going..but..I feel so much better once I do..mentally I don't feel so bad about myself..some things in my home and life make me want to run..lol..🤣😳👎at least it was beautiful out..😍👍🌈🌞
Yes Michael..I do..I just started PT for lower back pain..have done it so so many times..😁🤣it seems like it is helping me a bit..this is usually the docs first way of dealing with pain..it is set up that way..
