First go to the drugstore and get all way allergy eye drops. Will sting at first but help a great deal. Shower, shower, shower. Change clothes ever time you come back inside. Cold washcloth helps. So does benadryl. Recently experienced and am dealing with the same thing they think are allergies. Being that I am almost 62 yrs old and never had any problems with allergies, my dr says the past two years have been so bad that many are having problems where they never did before.

I know I am have never had nose bleeds but had 3 in last 2 months.Scared me. but the days it happened I had used a fan in bedroom to cut down on extra heat.
