For Those With Fibromyalgia Or A Disease With Similar Treatment, What Are You Personally Using To Treat Your Illness?
I believe this is a question I'm always wanting to ask, since I just began treatment for fibro over a year ago, and I'm still in the process of switching and juggling medications. I'd love to know what's working for people and what isn't, and offer answers to any questions about my personal experience and what has helped my pain and depression. Answers can be anything that has helped you (yoga, sports, routines, having pets, etc.), not limited to medications.
Results RNA also has sprays for infections, yeast, heavy metals, Lyme Disease.. People are having good results. Fibromyalgia can have at least 50 different diseases associated with it. So I am told.
I am now taking a CBD oil and some natural health sprays that are helping me. Pain is lowered, no more fibro fog, no migraines, helps my anxiety and depression levels as well.
I was afraid to try it but I am glad I did.
I've tried several things in this fibro manual also (I love books and videos made by DOCTORS WITH FIBRO), some of the treatment methods or tools are temporarily helpful, but overall it's a treatment guide to help you improve your symptoms over time, possibly permanently. https://www.amazon.com/FibroManual-Complete-Fib...(Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)&sr=8-1&keywords=fibromyalgia+guide
I started out with all the meds it seems are the norm for fibromyalgia. Gabapentin, cymbalta, Soma, Vicodin etc. I am off all of these and only take my CBD oil and have pushed my pain level down. I have my bad days but with my oil and CBD topical cream I can keep my kidneys liver for a long time. I am no longer fight depression or anxiety either.
I try it, but Fibro is tough, and them with all this arthritis I have tru the who body and all, 6 bulding disks, Not fun, I thank the Lord for a roof over my head and coffee every morning, I worked 42 years, Thank the lord for all this,
