Hi @A MyChronicPainTeam Member, my husband and I both take fish oil in capsule form. He takes it 3 times a day. It is fish oil 1200mg with 360mg of Omega 3 fatty acids. Broken down EPA, 120mg, DHA, 140mg, other fatty acids 100mg. Hope that helps.

My husband has osteoarthritis and takes fish oil daily. Within 2 months, he found his joints to be more flexible and his knees and shoulders didn't hurt all of the time. He swears by it. But I guess, people react differently.
