My ankle and both my knees are a mess and I occasionally fall, plus I can't pick things up off the floor. Stairs are especially hard for me. Basically, I am terrified of falling. I use a walking stick or a knee scooter, but there are times I have to walk "solo" and that is when the fear kicks in. Any information you can give me is greatly appreciated.. Thank you!🤐😥😝

I Am Having A Horrible Day .
I have now injured my left knee. I have been unable to walk due to major injuries to my feet. I have injured big toe joints and have hardware popping out of one foot. Left and right joint pain, Lower disc issues. I have sjojgrens disease so eye problems and no saliva and peripheal neuropathy in all of my feet and fingers and legs.. you don't heal.
