CMS, the Centers for Medicare, encourage physicians to manage multiple chronic conditions under a Value-Based Care plan that pays them extra to "optimize care delivery" like setting goals and tracking them on an Individualized Care Plan. These programs, and others, are available through Medicare if a patient has more than 1 chronic condition and only 4% of patients are getting this across the country.
Yes it is true you can have other problems. I fight with my blood pressure. It goes up when I in a lot of pain. The good thing is that I don't have to take blood pressure meds.

My husband is thinking about getting an intrathecal implant for chronic pain in his lower back and peripheral neuropathy. Looking into medical information but i would put more value on personal experiences from people with similar issues.

I'm Already Taking 300 Mg Of Lyrica A Day Plus 2 Mg Klonopin At Night For Restless Leg. Still Interrupted Sleep, What More Can A Person Do?
I've tried Eucalyptus lotion, which helps falling asleep, but not continuously through the night. So tired of being tired.
I suggest a sleeping medication. A a 10 mg Valium

Did anyone else have to sign a contract with their Dr.? I had to sign a promise that I would not accept any controlled substance from any other Dr. Or his service will be terminated.
When I was taken to the ER with a fractured clavicle I had no idea what they were giving me in the IV. I FOUND OUT LATER.

Hi I have extreme pain 24/7 and I take Oxycodone when needed on top of all my other medication including Zomorph ect does anyone else take Oxycodone and how does it effect them?
