Has Anyone Hac A Nerve Block Done For Back Pain?
My pain doc wants me to try a nerve block on my back. I'm willing to try anything at this point. If you've had it done, is it painful? Does it hurt? I have DDD, stenosis,and L-4 and L-5 are herniated. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

What can you do for a tailbone that has arthritis? I've got cortisone shots but I need them every month and they won't give them that often. The pain when I sit and then try to stand is unbearable.
I have had RFA done on my lumbar spine and my neck. I wish it were a permanent fix but the pain does come back because your nerves grow back.

Recovery From Back Surgery
My doctor wants to do a laminectomy on L4-L5 because I have bulging/leaking disc and synovial cyst pressing on my right sciatic nerve. I don't have any family around so I will have to pay someone to help me out after surgery.
