I Have A Compression Fracture L4/L5. How Long For Healing Time Please ? Suppose To Fly In September 4 1/2 Hours. Can I Do It?

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member hello I recommend that you take 1 or 2 Vitamin D3 1000iu daily and have your doctor arrange for X-rays on your lumbar spine about a month before you are due to leave and if your spine has not healed sufficiently please ask your doctor if you should be postponing your plans

Meant a minor procedure on my well used 50plus spine now, takes a year to get over. Be kind to your fusion. It’s a big new vertebrae with a lot of leverage
