How old is your dad? Sorry about the bronchiectasis diagnosis. Is he a pilot? Or did you mean for travel?
I have had it for years. The one treatment that works for me is low dose prednisone. 5mg per day. I have had pneumonia only once in last year...compared to 8-10 episodes per year.

My dad was just diagnosed with bronchiectasis. It isn't easy. He was told he isn't able to fly again.
