A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
London, ON

I was just diagnosed with this TG and told that people suffering from CPS, Diabetes, CFS, and Fibromyalgia have a tendency to get TG. I can't seem to win.

Ha, yes I get trigeminal nerve pain but find lamotrigine helps lots, I know someone on tegretol but it doesn't seem to work for him as well. In UK, lamotrigine isn't considered 1st line treatment but I also am finding it helpful for my chronic depression. So for me it's one of few meds that works on one aspect of the different pain I suffer with. It's a vile pain so I hope you get a medicine that works for you x
