l had it done in March 23 then again in October both were unsuccessful. For me the second offered a 3 percent decrease in pain so not worth making it a permanent implant

Because my nerves are damaged I have constant chronic pain. My stimulator acts like a TENs machine but internal and attached to the spine. It trys to block the synapses from firing to help block the pain I have in my back and legs

The thing is, my Neuro told me once a nerve is damaged, it’s done. Why try and stimulate? Unless he was a quack. I have been on Neurotin for years and will be forever.. not gonna complain because it works.

I've had my nerve stimulator in since 1995 & have never looked back. I've had upgrades along the way but its worked for me and I wouldn't be without it now.
