Hi AmyReid, I never ever thought it was true when younger and no issues. Listening to people with joint pain and the barometer nah...though it is so true. The barometer is better warmer today and my pain is less. Go figure. I believe paying attention by listening to your body during extremes. It can be a game changer. Have a less painful day.

Thanks! I'm just trying to nurse them ( my left is worse) until I guess the replacement. I had my suspicion about the barometer🤔

Had snyvisc-one a few years ago worked well...though just had monovisc did absolutely nothing. My experience is the only things that truly helped is aqua therapy to build core and muscle around my knees. Tens and Stem with ice.
Ice aides with heighten pain I had 3 torn meniscus 2 in my right knee one in my left. Even though xrays indicates both knees have same amount of damage(bone on bone) it is my right that is my worst. I deal with chronic pain in both knees though especially this time of year, where I live in New England. The barometer affects my pain level. Found out this past summer so does elevation. My left knee blows up like a balloon in high altitude(was visiting my grandson in the Blue Ridge Mountains region).
